Think I got the area narrowed down this morning to a 5" area (Height wise). Will know more in a few hours.

OK tank is drying now, in about 5-6 hours I will sand the 5" strip all around the tank as well as other spots as I see them.

Then I will apply the last quart of PA and keep my fingers crossed for tomorrow.
