So I've been spending about 30mins every night for the last few weeks, scrubbing leaf-by-leaf, in my battle against Scale... It truly feels never ending, but the plants are slowly responding positively...
The Mangroves seem to be the most resistant to Scale (which is great, cause I care the most about them), but no one escapes the onslaught. The Cat Palm and Leather Ferns get it the worst.
The palm is easier to clean as its much sturdier, but the number of fronds is incredibly frustrating.
The ferns are just plain difficult, they're delicate, the leaves are curled and twisted, and they seem to take the most damage...
But the palm, has now pushed out some sort of "flower"? I dunno what it is, but I'm very excited to watch it develop.
