What smell?
Fish are doing well feeding well to. :D

There was a nasty smel in the sump matey, it was the water. After a couple of water changes it seems to have gone, the sump is still cycling too so i gotta bare that in mind also ;)

Glad to here the fish are doing well and ur pond is looking mint, I seen a suggestion earlier about bamboo for your pipes :D If you have any screen left, the stuff you have on the fence, cover it with that and it will look awsome :D

Great pond, and a very nice and tidy back yard you have there. Love it. :headbang2Only one tiny suggestion. Everything will look better if you can replace the pvc pipe with bamboo. :D

Thanks glad you like it and i am looking into the bamboo now just need a bigger piece to go over pipe.

Bamboo grows in sections. To make it a tube, you need to break the walls between sections. If you are just going to wrap the pipe w/ bamboo, you could cut the bamboo length wise and remove the sections. Then wrap your PVC and glue or zip-tie together.

The lid on the pond, gets closed when the kids are in the garden without us.
Its strong enough for the kids to walk on (not that they have, its just for their safety.)

Still need to get the pipe sorted out but its getting there.

Nice safety device there
