good looking pup. If the ear carriage is really important to you, think about supporting them while he's teething - from 4-5 months to 7 months usually. Once the adult teeth are in, the cartilage is pretty much set. It shouldn't be an issue, though, looks like they should stand naturally.
 
Had him to the Vet on christmas eve and he weighed 42lbs. :WHOA:
I took all these this morning after out walk on the mountain.
He loves the snow :D
