Myself I love the stage when puppy's have one ear up and one down. I think its very cute and different.
good looking pup. If the ear carriage is really important to you, think about supporting them while he's teething - from 4-5 months to 7 months usually. Once the adult teeth are in, the cartilage is pretty much set. It shouldn't be an issue, though, looks like they should stand naturally.
