Countdown to showdown.....

12 hours and counting til fill time...

Trying to decide if to move the tank out on the back porch to test fill, or leave it in the garage to test how well I built the stand. Not moving the stand, it weight 300# plus.

WHOO HOO! this is what I have been waiting for.

More in the AM....

I would do the fill w/o moving the tank. Unless you feel like it's a totally bad build, the worst case is a small leak. I don't see a major blowout in your future . But, I have been wrong before. Good luck!

So far so good.. No major blow out, and I left the tank in the garage so I can paint the stand while leak testing.

Speaking of the stand... With tank full it does not budge an inch..

:headbang2:headbang2 10 Hours later no blowout, and no leaks:headbang2:headbang2

However, the intake pipes will not keep up with the pump

2 solutions, One is to drain, and drill holes for 2 more bulkheads in the pump housings for a skimmer. Two Hard plumb the pumps to the intake pipes.

BTW quiet1one pumps are not that quiet.

Will try solution 2 first and see how loud the pumps are.
