How big of tank. ?
Sometimes it takes some fish longer to settle in.
Welcome aboard?
#1 rule never feel bad to ask fore help, there is no dumb question, we all were new to fish keeping at one time.
Try covering the top of the tank ,like a dark cloth. Cover up the lights and all . Dem the lights not to much.
That cat fish is a night predator and may be chasing him. Floating plants and dether fish may also help . Silver dollors are good not too small were the 2 fish will eat them
And check the tanks water, cat fish and arrows can make a mess. (Both need super clean water . A little soft and tannins in the water to lower the ph.
My bass , Oscars and others from the Amazon river system and my Jardini like it a little acidy 6- 6.5 I keep lots of black walnut wood in them and even put bark in my filters
Ok my meds for my back make me like to talk too much. So I will stop for now LOL...
