So, cut up in thick slices and deep fried? With salt and pepper and maybe some dried up red chillies? With a twist of lemon afterwards? I'm starting to look at them in a different way now, you know...

The most famous way to cook them at my place is you grilled them in a banana leave. Then you dip the meat in sweet and sour juice. Your cat fish should be careful from now on.
