Need help I wanted to know what flowerhorn look like before

Does anyone know when a red dragon flowerhorn loses its dark color and changes more red?

i have a question this golden base kamfa the breeder said to me it's molting Gene's it's normal the flowerhorn have molting genes does take longer to molt?

That means it might molt, if it does then it can be any where at close to adult size.

It changes throughout growth. Closer to adult size it would be more red than before.
