I was told to get to get plywood by Varanio and thats what I got.

Sounds good. :D

I would use more a "clean" dirt, sand and peat mix insted of plain sand, it holds its shape more and holds more humity. Apart from that looks good.

In his new enclosure I used a mix of playsand and coco husk on the top for humidity and borrowing purposes. When I finish building his hiding spots in about 1 or 2 days I'll post new pics.

how are you making your hides?

i like the hide stack.
is there anything mixed up in your substrate besides whats on top?

You are using pressure treated plywood in a pet enclosure? That sounds like a very bad idea to me. You have nothing to gain from the pressure treating, and the chemicals cant be good for your lizard. Heck, I wouldnt want that stuff anywhere inside my home period. What is your thinking behind that?

Nope just Play Sand and Coconut Husk. Varanio used this mix himself and recommended it to me. My Ackie loves it and he has already dug himself a bunch of tunnels under the log hide. This is a very good borrowing mix just try to keep it moist but misting some every day.
