quick question, did you do the background part by hand? and if so how did you get the design for it and how did you get it to stay in place when you built it?

Did you even read this thread?

J/K, after the spray foam hardened for 3 days I cut out the rock shapes with xacto knives, a dremel and a small hack saw. You could also make shelves by buying a large piece of foam board and cutting out a piece as large as the back wall of your tank. Then using whatever foam was left over, cut out some shelf shapes and super glue them to the large piece of foam. Whatever way you choose, in the end you'll paint the front and sides with tile grout. The more grout you use the stronger and more natural the whole background will be. Oh, and I didn't use a reference, I just kind of made the shelf using my own creative ability. :D

i love the look. id love to be able to set up and enclosure like that for one of my herps. looks like i might have to add to the colection:D

Thanks man, I think you could do something similar to this for your Rhino Iggy. You'd just want to add a lot more layers of grout to save the whole thing from those claws.

Excellent Seth!
So nice to see some one really going the extra mile for their pets.
And like said before, If I was a pet leo, I'd wanna be in that tank ;)
