New pick up - P14 hybrid

My p14 male is now most active... moving round the tank all the time

I have a wavemaker in the tank and wondering if I should turn it on.....

Did a test on water today. Nitrates at 20ppm. Rest 0. Did 40% WC thereafter

Thoughts please?

Good job. Keep checking those perams. A drip system is likely the next thing to start researching. P14 are a different species than anything else I keep. Wait until you see a pregnant P14 female eat.. hammertime

I did consider a drip but considering the tanks are in my car porch I doubt it can be done. .

its a fibre glass tank actually .. attached a few pics of the tank when I got it and it was in the midst of cycling
