New to Clown loach.. what do they REALLY eat?

thanks everyone for giving me advice on Clown loach feeding!

It seems your right.. I put a slice of cucumber and i did see little holes inside it.. along with some meat that i drop into the tank.. seems they like to eat at night and by day they just sorta chill..

Glad that worked out for you! They will get more comfortable feeding during the day, but their evening feeding is definitely the most enthusiastic. Try freeze-dried bloodworm to get them used to eating near the surface, away from their hiding spots. Once they are trained like mine, they will hover at the top & watch you when they're hungry. My Botia Kobutai still haven't learned this trick, though...

i have 4 little guys in my 25g they love frozen blood worms, prawns, cucumber, spirulina flakes. cant wait to move them to the big tanks with my 10 bigger CL's.
