You can buy pure ammonia, Ace hardware stores should still be stocking it. Just read the label to make sure there are no additives. You can also shake up the bottle. If there is excessive bubbles, don't buy it. If there is just a few, it should be OK.

Sometimes you can find pure ammonia labeled as ammonia hydroxide.
