I can finally hang with the Aro boys/girls, yay. Heres my new Jardini, I'll get some proper pics when he settles down and gets familiar with his surroundings.
Might aswell show mine.Jardini doing absolutely great in community.About 13" so far and doesn't even look like being the murderer everyone else seems to experience.(touch wood)Seems to be way more mellow with all the timber in the tank IMO.He actually enjoys weaving his way through it at the lower level. He is not a jumper either so far.
Thankyou, Miguel. The timber in the tank has actually been hand carved except for 1 peice. My better half thought I was crazy going to that much effort until she saw the finished result.
finally finish lookin thru every1's pix, i'm glad to see that every1 is taking great care of ur aros ^^ here're a few of mine:
the sliver is the first aro for me, i was out of the hobby for 2 yrs after it jumped out from the temporary tank when i was moving. however, 1 of my friend got me a 125G glass tank for free last yr, so i'm back in the hobby ^^ and the jar was a birthday gift from that friend. it was around 5" -6", it's about 13" now, it's gettin meaner with every inch that it grows =P
Here's mine at about 6", i bought it when it was about 4-5" and it's fins show more color now. Sorry about the blurry pic he's very skittish when I'm near the tank...
