Official Off Topic Discussion Thread #1

Hello; C-Span on Washington Journal the other morning had an authority guest on. Having a picture or telling a joke someone does not like can fall under the broad umbrella of sexual harassment I think.
One TV show had a montage of film bits of Joe Biden this week. Started with him declaring how awful men are who touched females without permission. How the women/girls ought not have to put up with that. Then a series of videos over time of Biden laying hands on and kissing both very young girls and women in various settings. Go figure.

Hello; Apparently he kissed a woman and pretended to air fondle a woman on a USO tour. According to her he kissed her, she told him off and he did not do it again. Also while she was asleep he cupped his hands in the air above her chest but did not touch her. Somebody filmed it.
I guess we will eventually have to have areas for men to be and another for women. Oh no, wait I forget about men who feel female and females who feel manly. Not sure how that works. I recall in the past being in an auto repair shop and enjoying the pin-up girls.
My guess is this new world being created will turn out bad for the likes of me for sure. With the bathroom stuff and changes of marriage and no pin ups at the local garage. I also predict those who champion these changes will not be so happy as well.

*sigh* the good ol days. Pin ups in the garage, such a soft spot there. These accusations, who cares.
 
I think the attention they are getting is important, too often these events just get swept under the rug.

It’s interesting the varying reactions to the different accusations. From Franklins complete acceptance and calling for an ethics investigation and Moore’s denials.

Hello; He has always looked like that. I always feel a bit better about myself if I see a picture of him just before I look in a mirror.

Back to the woman he kissed and "air groped". She appears to be claiming he groped her while it is my understanding he did not actually touch her while she was asleep. So should we add pretend groping to the list along with pin-ups and the other stuff.
I wonder how far away I have be to be able to "air grope" someone without being charged. If I pretend grope from ten feet away that should be good, right?

Well,not really but I don't care for the guy anyway so I really don't care if this destroys him or not.
