Hello; Yeah I guess it is about step one above better than nothing. If I had to choose between nothing and a rock, I would choose a rock but would give it less than 1% chance of working.

How to stop school shootings: give everyone ridiculously high powered weapons, then no one wants to make anyone else angry so everyone behaves .

let me enforce no by what ever means I deem necessary. sorry my 16 year old does not need a pill, he needs an ass whoopen by his dad.
