Pretty much and no outside pressure is going to change anything that they do over there.
 
News today: you can now get 24k gold coated chicken nuggets, a squirrel stashed 50 pounds of pine cones in a cars engine compartment.
Multiple deer running around with arrows in there neck (it's outside archery season).

I've got one item that will top all of those tidbits..
A family in China took in what they thought was a puppy.They fed it buckets of noodles and fruit as they raised it.It turned out that the family's puppy was actually a bear cub.

Yeah really.....after two years the family learned that they had been taking care of an endangered Asian black bear.
