Not even 2 whole days from owning it and someone broke into my god damn house. Pissed on the toilet seat, stole my toilet paper, and moved carpet.
Sorry to hear that Brian. Utter scumbags.

nothing was stolen unless you count a single role of toilet paper which is why I knew it wasn’t me forgetting that I moved carpet or that maybe the toilet water was condensating on the seat somehow. So not even thieves...just a-hole vandals...?
Talk about starting off as a home owner with a bad taste in your mouth...
already on it, $300 spent for 2 rings and a coke. I’m seeing red, I bet it was the deaf guy that rented the place before I bought it given he literally came by and got his mail the day before I closed. Being deaf won’t save him from a beating if I catch him in my house.Sorry someone that low did that to your new home. I suggest investing in security cameras asap. The Ring doorbell is a excellent product imo.
If I catch him then he’s going to the hospital, I worked to damn hard to get this house to have some piece of **** break in.Sorry to hear that Brian. Utter scumbags.
No and that’s on me, I meant to do it on Friday but it slipped my mind.Did you change the locks when you took possession?
Bastards!....the things some people will do to amuse themselves, stealing a man's toilet paper!
Good point and thank goodness nothing else was taken or more damage done.Could've been worst...they might have used it and then left it behind...![]()
Sorry, couldn't resist. I've been through a similar thing and I know the mixture of anger, frustration and helplessness it engenders.
It’s a good thing that guy wasn’t a book nerd as I had 21 boxes of books stacked in a room that all together was more than the down payment lmao.Good point and thank goodness nothing else was taken or more damage done.
