Haha, I'm not a hater. I like american football. What I don't like is when Europeans pretend to be avid fans on one day of the year and then they lose interest again..

I'm British, I know several American football players who are also brits who might be upset to hear they don't know anything about it :p my partner has also stayed up and watched pretty much every game this year since yet started showing on c4... he's also read the entire rule book... so don't tar all Europeans with that brush...

Wow I'm being seriouy misinterpreted here.. Again, I am european, I have no problem with american football and whoever is a fan of the sport. I just don't like those people that pretend to be american football fans only for the superbowl and then never again!

But why should it annoy you if they only watch the Superbowl?...If that's their only interest in the NFL and that one game is enough for them or whatever,well so what?
 
I'm fine with them watching it, but I hate them acting like they're massive fans..
