My fam gets a lil weird with it, tripe aka cows stomach, chicken hearts and other odd bits tossed in classic buffalo sauce, lazy pirogi, some casseroles and of course ham. Can't wait to eat like a dozen hearts lol

Every time there is a lot of cooking here at home, I never make it to the actual meal cause I sample all day long!

We don't have any traditions.
 
We're having Ham, ceasar salad, manacotti, meat balls, sausage & young goat (capretto), for dessert cherry cheese cake.

Yes it is cherry cheese cake, from Calandra's Italian bakery in Newark. My cousin just yelled to me she brought some Sfogliatelle and Cannoli too!
