LOL...how was the breading?...KFC tends to be a little heavy handed with the salt.

It was noticeably salty but it wasnt unbearable. Just like your pic, the cheese didnt melt, not even between the chicken lol. Youd think itd melt between the 2 hot pieces of chicken.
