I feed Omega One flakes!!! Not super color though.

I've used Omega off and on over the years but I've actually never heard of the Super Color stuff until today.

I actually screwed man and smoke a cigarette. Wtf 6months down the drain. Daughter was throwing a tantrum wife was throwing a tantrum....said F it.

Do they (wives) ever realize how good they have it ?

That's cool. The important thing is to get back on the wagon, it's still huge progress, just part of the process.
