i want to create a paludarium with a 20 gallon as the water part and plexiglass scaled upward is this possible?

It is possible. You could see if you can find a tall vivarium/Paludarium that is the same footprint as the 20 long and simply place it upside down on top. Those have doors
im still thinking about making a paludarium with a aquarium and plexiglass
