I'd say male freidrichstallii in front and female rtm in the back. I have noticed they use freidrichstallii as the common name and each one has a varied pattern depending on catch location. Here's my male.
I believe these parachromis friedstelli , similar to red tiger motas but more yellow than red, are very had several female red tigers and they have more red than that in the gill plate
Male rtm will have a pronounce reddish brown dot pattern on the bodies. Females will have the reddish/orange show more with a solid colored gill plate with no pattern.
The freidrichstallii/multi males will have the patterns on gill plate and can change from yellow to a brown depending mood, and females will have a more pronounced yellow and pattern with a solid colored gill plate as well.
