She was still breathing and moving her pectoral fins, but hardly her tail. We placed her in a medical tank to make sure she would not be bothered by the other fish. Dotty has been trying really hard to eat and move around but she has so far been unable to.
We don't know what happened but we think it may be the something as a paralyzed fish. Our other two male Puffers, Junior and Buddy, are always going up to the tank wall to see if shes OK. We're really hoping that our sweet little Dotty is going to make it but we don't think she will. All of our puffers are young. We do think that she may have hit the wall while trying to swim away from Buddy.
We were wonder if there was anything we could do for her and if she may have a chance.
Thank You in advance!
