maybe his boss man, decided to "show him how to" send poor old zennzzo a broken part, inside a fully taped up box, so he can make a claim with the Brown Truck guys.
Thinking that zennzzo would be too stupid to do forensic examination to the box and packing,
and finding
zero impact place inside box,
open wrapper for the part,
no sign of tape to secure the part inside the bubble wrap,
excessive tape on all the box flaps, so the tiny piece can still be found inside
this way the damage would be covered by the Brown Truck guys,
But....
zennzzo was quick to point out the discrepancies of this particular invoice
to the Brown Truck guys, bringing the attention of the claims Lady to this possible fraud.
and
The Brown Truck guy who came out to pick up this invoice, told zennzzo that it looks suspicious to him too, and because the lack of visible outside damage, they are going to further investigate this shipment and away he went with the evidence...
Not cool to trick zennzzo out of his time and money, when all he wanted was to do good quick clean business deal and replace a single part and be done with it...
zennzzo really does want that part and was/is willing to pay for it and even wait for it...But he might have pissed off the tricky guy at "the Mountain"
Hmmmm what to do, what to do...
Crappy thing is...NOWHERE on the interweb can I find another one and I even called the main company last friday, with no response...
I guess I will have to spend my money, again, and take my chances eh?
