Basically, there are two main products: The Sanitred(Permaflex) itself and the LRB.

The other stuff are mixers that you'll use depending on your application.

Basic use:

You'll put down a layer of Sanitred, basically as a base coat. (presuming all surface prep has been done- acid washing concrete, ect)

Then you'll use LRB with its regular activator as a filler for holes, cracks and for areas that need reinforcement. The TAV is when you need to make it more putty like, if needed. If you do use the TAV, then you won't use the regular activator.

Then top with more Sanitred(Permaflex)

That's the gyst of it. They way over complicate the instructions, but all those extra details do have merit if they apply to your situation, like adding water, using more or less activator, ect.

I hope that help. If you give more detail on what you're doing and the materials you're working with, I might be able to help further.

I remember there being a lot of speculation on the water clarity from photo of the month. Do you choose to keep it the tanin color, or is there just heavy leaching?

Its not by choice. There are nine pieces of driftwood all over four feet long that were just recently sitting a river bed. I think even for the proportions of the tank, its got a lot of driftwood. The leaching should slow down over time and eventually stop.

Some of it is also fungicide. I used Jungle Pond Fungus Eliminator, one of the cheaper (for the volume it does) fungicides, but it has that side effect of turning the water yellow. Its responsible for about half the color.

I just realized you mentioned photo of the month. I submitted but they said they never got it.

WOW, nice!! I am glad that I am not the only guy who likes to have big tank with lots of small fishes.

Good job.
