CPR makes a w/d sump rated for a flow rate of 1800 GPH with 1" piping. could your figures be off?

At that height, it will pump 660 gph. You will want a minimum size of 1.25" for the suction side. For the pressure side, stay with the 1" that the pump is plumbed for.

Actually, I have a better plan. Use two one inch overflows. Make the intake of one of them half an inch lower than the other. The short one will take the majority of the flow and the taller one will take just a trickle. That will give you a very quiet system.

Very good information here.
Chompers I have that acrylic mess I'm working on and I have estimated that with one 90 on each of the dual 3/4" overflows that I'll be able to drain around 650 gph, which makes me wonder which pump to purchase that would work well at around 3' (30-36") head.
