I reckon three-headed guppies will be something else more than a platinum bala. A lot of people can get platinums anyway. There's the platinum Senegal bichir popping everywhere from time to time, see?

i just brought a bala shark from petmart yesterday, i picked out the lightest one ... and it looks more platinum than urs... mine got white body, but normal fin, white eye (not red eye ) .... not stress , eating flakes o.o...

So it looks like their poping up from time to time, probably a recesive uncommon strain.
