My tank volume is about 60 gal, has been set up for about 6 months
PH is 8 - 8.1
Fishes in tank :
about 15 mbuna I've had for 2 months , 2 of them were added 4 days ago
2 5 inch peacocks, 1 6 inch mdoka, 2 4.5 inch clown loachs I've had for 1.5 years
8 other cichlids size from 1 to 3 inches I've had for 3 months , 1 of them were added 4 days ago
I just noticed today 1 of my peacock having 3 unsual areas on his body ( pictures below )

sorry for the bad quality but please try to help me out
those areas seem go a little deep into the body
he still eats , swim around like usual , doesnt scratch against the sand but behavior somewhat strange than normal
I feed them NLS and northfin
I can see he definitely got some kind of infection but i don't know what kind specify
any advice is appreciated

Hard to tell with the pics. Look like ich spots. Is it spreading? Water parameters? Can u get a close up? Can add a little salt 1 tsp per g or dose paragaurd.

I agree with Kno4te, it looks to be ick, bet you didn't quarantine the new arrivals, or at least not long enough.
If it were me, just to be safe, I'd add 1 and 3/4 lb of salt to the tank (any kind will do, including table salt) , and try to maintain that salinity for at least 2 to 3 weeks.

Many fish diseases look similar, and the salt can also help if its something else like Velvet.
Don't skimp on the salt, for ick you need a salinity of at least 3 ppt (parts per thousand) 3 lbs per 100 gallons, under 3ppt and the ick laugh it off.
By the way, just i case you think that 1 and 3/4 lbs is a lot, sea water is 35 ppt, or 35 lbs per 100 gals .

You must assume all the fish in the tank are infected. Each spot erupts into as many as 100 new microscopic ick, that immediately search fo a new victim, unless the osmotic pressure from the salt gets them first.
