Hello; Sometimes the ick parasite is easier to see on transparent fins than on colored body parts. That is usually where I can spot it clearly. Good luck
One note. Now that you are using the salt don't add a second type of ick medicine with the salt. Often the other ick medications do the same thing as salt (osmotic pressure differential as Duanes describes.)

Hi, yes I should stop dosing paraguard anw , it doesnt seem to help
a bit update also
day 1 : I add 2/5 amount of salt
day 2 :
infection isnt spreading
the sickened peacock slightly more active ( he hang out on middle/top tank more often )
my injured fish somehow got rapid healing
I add another 2/5 salt
day 3 :
infection isnt spreading
I add the last 1/5 salt
cut down from 2 times feeding to 1 ( exclusively NLS because it has ginger )
change a bucket of water everyday
