Aros ,people just can't stop loving them

you've seem to have forgotten the coolest fish ever to be found!!!

what about payara?

I didn't see a watchman goby in the list so I will go with africans. I don't have any monster setups yet, but then again I do have two smaller tanks with monster personality. If that counts

to answer a previous question, a "porgy" is a baitfish found on the east coast in salt water. as far as what is all the rage in fish keeping, I thought those swordspine snooks or gulper cats were becoming more and more popular... or would that be more like something that is on the "new fad" list.

I think too many people are voting based on their preference, not what actually is popular. The fish I can't resist right now is big loaches, but I don't think they are anywhere near as sought after as Cichla or Datnioides.

Cichla are sought after but not by everyone. And it depends on what cichla. I guess their could be a couple fish for the leading spot of "hot fish" but not one to say everyone wants it.

I think gulpers aren't it because of their high price, appetite to eat stuff as big as them and small max size people aren't commiting to buying the beasts. Sword spines are oddball almost.

Grilled fish are not hot among fishkeepers, guppy. Maybe I didn't specify "aquarium trade". LOL
