Cohazard, what type of substrate are you using? Im trying to find darker sand, but not having any luck.

I'm using garnet sand. Bought it from a local company called 'Kleen Blast' that sells abrasive media for sand blastic, and water filtration. Look for something similar in your area and hope they sell small ammounts to the public.

I will making some calls to pool builders and sand blasting companies today to hopefully find the granet sand or that 3m colorquartz....fingers crossed. Is there a specific grade thats best?

Here is the enclosures for my Bichirs.
It is a 3 Tank Aqua Bridge setup. The Bichirs can migrate from one tank to the next by using the 3" PVC Bridges.
