they are f1 Cichlasoma boliviensis got them from rapps. they are about 3.5 to 4 in.

The male I posted in the photo is 4" and supposedly F1.

if anyone is interested, I just received a notification from LiveAquaria.com that they have "Port Acara" (their term, not mine) in stock; they refer to them as aequidens portalagrensis . . .

These blue ones are really nice. They are mellow and get a long well as a pair once they get used to each other. I can get pairs for anyone interested.
