I don't know much about africans. Could you tell me what a shell dweller is? I clicked on the thread expecting to see some claws and legs. Instead, I see empty shells and fish.

Shell dwellers are just that. Fish that live in shells. Awesome little fish...I just got 12 baby Lamprologus meleagris (pearlies). Gotta go get some shells tomorrow so they can live happily.

Ah. Thank you. Thats an interesting characteristic in a fish, isn't it? How big do they get? Do they kill snails or anything like that to get their shell? Or do they just take over already empty ones?
