Fantastic experience...no complaints what so ever. Everything came in packaged well and better than I could have imagined.

I've orderd fish many times before, but this was my first airport-to-airport shipment and Rich helped me out the whole way through...even changing the shipment around our fantastic New England weather.

Just got 3 gulpers from Richard... Have to say they are monster of a fish. When I open the case... My wife was like are we going to eat catfish tonight? lol

Have to say, my first order with Richard didn't go smooth at all.. USPS took 5 days to deliver an express package but Richard followed up and make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I have to say, he does bend over backwards for his customers!
