Why not get a pair? They would be ok in a 90, not the greatest size but shouldn't be an issue if you have nothing else in there.

personally I don't think a 90g is large enough for life for a fish that can get 17".

I'm with Danger Chicken, don't plan on keeping a pair of Jags in a 90gal for life. I had a male Jag in my 120 that made it look more like a 75 after a few years. A small pair would work for a while but with their potential aggression and adult sizes, a much larger tank would be best.

Here's my jag, pic the day I got her and now a year later, shes about 5-6 inches now was around 2 when I saved her from the florida frost.

Looks like 2 different fish! Good work! Mine are in my gallery... Can't post the pics from my iPhone. Maybe I can but it will be easier at home later.
