That istlanum looks great, Love the hump! Makes me miss mine that I had a few years back.
Here's my upcomer, He's gotten pretty thick lately and only about half grown at 2.5 ish inches. Other than the HRP which is twice his size, he runs the tank.

Had to post mine too, my dream cichlid, Hipparchus psittacus. It's still small about 3.5", buy has already put on size since I got him about 3 weeks ago. Very excited to see him grow.

My two new c. Robertsoni are already showing some blue at 1". The current robertsoni I have didn't.
Also this male t. Mixteco blue Rio Almoloya is showing some potential. I moved him from the grow out tank to the 150g and in days his color really started showing.

Update on my male riv. Lost the beginnings of his nuchal shortly after bringing him home from LFS, but growing nicely. Hope he'll get his nuchal back

Oh man, guys.. I just stopped in for some southern delight and I found this little guy. I couldn't resist barely even 3 inches and flaring at everything in the display tank mini nuchal hump and what colors... bah damn you...I swore i was done with new fish for a while.
