Pufferfish not eating

Its been around 2 months(setup). Its properly cycled. I removed guppies(thought its cruel) there are only snails now. Capacity is 250L/hr

You used guppies to cycle your tank?
It's might going through mini cycle cause the bio load from those puffers are 10x higher than guppies, your tank might not even properly cycle either. You should get your water test from a trusted LFS or doing it yourself because 9 out of 10 someone said their tank water is good without a test = 99.99% is messed up!

You haven't answered the question re: what are your current water parameters?
Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate.

Agree on the mini cycle theory, although new fish often take a bit to settle.
