PVC pipe Glue COMPLETELY Safe for fish?

I have done a few projects and have not had a problem. But I would suggest that you double the curing time before using it with fish.
 
Yes, it is safe for potable water.

Oh it cured over night! So I should be good in that aspect! Thank you for suggesting though!

Yes, absolutely. I gave mine about 16 hours to dry, or so, then used it. It's been in operation for the last 2 years without any problems.
 
Yes, been plumbing tanks and ponds for years. 100% safe.
 
Oh, and just a word of caution, in case you're making one of those PVC overflows (the kind you make when you don't want to drill a tank), make sure to run a bit of water through each pipe opening, because the first time I didn't and as I sucked on one of the pipes to prime it I got a mouthful of the foulest fumes you can imagine.

OH MAN!!!! Good advice. I thought I was gonna die when I did that. Worst experience ever.

i second that, NASTY! definitely would not want to do that again.
