Rare Fish pic From Rare Fish series

I have information and pictures of 5 different species of tiger fish so far, I will compile them together and describe them as I see it one day.

1. hydrocynus goliath
2. hydrocynus vitatus
3. hydrocynus sp. big eye (these are contaminants with goliaths)
4. hydrocynus forskalii these are from Nigeria
5. hydrocynus sp. the one Woody Sun in Taiwan had, they were from a different location, I have pictures of his fish from Juvenille to adult., I'll post once I get a chance.

I got a shipment of 20 Hydrocynus last year, too.
They where too small and thin, only one survived
It's a Hydrocynus brevis (6th species ) and he is 5,6" now.
When I look at your pictures, I know what the exporter mean when he said "are you interested in unidentified Hydrocynus?"
I hope I'll get some more again...
