Never seen one before , is it aggresive ? I think it's beautiful.

This fish is the ugliest fish ive seen. would make a good fighter im guessing?

new fish, some really Rare, too bad for my dirty tanks with poor photographic equipment, equipped with my poor photographic skills, the only redeeming factor is my willingness to admit my weakness and credit for the fish being "rare"

Here comes the fish

1. Catlocarpio siamensis-prehistoric giant barbs, eaching over 400 pounds have been recorded, and 6 feet long. google the name and you'll see the pictures. These fish are delicate when handled, gentle giants, the only ones in captivity to my knowledge in the U.S., rare in the wild, these particular specimens are captively raised specimens used to restock ponds and lakes.

A few specimens are made available to sane minded monster keepers in the U.S., provided that they can house these fish and have basic fish keeping wisdom. http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=48

Cyprinion semiplotum-this fish is only found once a year when the river overflows and washes them down from the higher mountains. This fish can jump, grazes on algae as the mouth suggest, no one else has brought them into the U.S. here is a picture of the ones I have and a picture from Fish base
