Good looking fish, I totally disagree about moving him to a high traffic area. I think it will cause him to hide more. Give it a shot, but I don't think it will pay off.

I recently put mine in a 100g and he settled out a bit, he has never been a hider. and I assume most are like this. He is in a garage tank, and never sees anyone. 75 or 100, people or no people, he is what he is.I just don't worry about it.

Maybe try out a female or two with him, see if he gets some confidence trying to look like a stud for them. Got to be somebody on the marketplace near you selling a larger specimen. I agree too, nice fish.
