I just typed in garnet sand
any recommendations on grit? There are a lot of titles that contain "abrasive and sand blasting." Are these fish safe? A lot of these kinda look brown to me. Will the light make them that nice orange/
red color? I need an adult. hahaha.

I believe the red garnet sand I got was from "Barton". Try googling "Barton red garnet sand". I'm just not sure on which product it was tho. It's been 3 years or so. I just remember getting it in a bag like this. Not sure if its the same grit or not.

They are all stressed from moving tanks now, next week when I turn lights back on and all substrate is in il take some pics. Sold my monster indo last year 22"! Monstrous appetite!
