Of course they are RT's, just not high quality specimens. RT's by definition are hybrid crosses, that have been fairly loosely defined over the years. This isn't exactly the AKC, where breeders hold papers of select blood lines, and use those as some kind of confirmation of quality or standard. When it comes to Asian hybrids, everything and anything goes when it comes to their production, with every breeder attempting to place their own stamp on a "new" creation within the class. Only fools believe otherwise.
Just keep in mind that while even a pair of relative duds can throw the odd superstar, AG is correct in stating that overall this pair is not going to produce quality fry.
