Redgard

Does anyone know if redgard is fish safe? If not can an epoxy paint be painted over it to make it fish safe? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No idea if it's fish safe. As far as an epoxy resin or epoxy paint sticking to it, I wouldn't recommend it. First, in general, not a lot sticks to these rubber emulsions. Second, as a general rule you don't apply a less flexible material over a more flexible material. At least not where you want a bond. I once put epoxy paint over a polyurethane caulk and got away with it but this was only a shallow paludarium, not in a tank with any significant depth. And it was only in the corners.
