This fish from your images resembles WC cacatuoides to some extent, and is almost certainly a different species.
All the fish are wild-caught; one of the fish in the first image seems to have the odd blotch illness that afflicts wild-caught apistos and perhaps a few other dwarf cichlids.

So your saying I have wild caught cacatoides and wild caught orteagi in the tank together? also what is this odd botch illness you mention do I need to treat it?

Unless you didn't buy that particular individual, I would assume yes. As for the blotches, I have had fish die with it, but then again have also had fish live for up to a year or so with it, and breed to boot. So long as water is kept clean and basic needs met, I haven't really encountered any issues that seemed to stem from the 'illness'. Think it may be the result of a relatively benign parasite, along the lines of what some characins frequently encounter, but I don't know enough to form a concrete conclusion.
