The neoprene flashing is probably not going to be the best for corner or seam flashing. The specs. on it anyways are .060 gauge(in inches) non stain uncured neoprene flashing. It comes in various widths 100' rolls. The route i am going to go is what we use for plywood seams here at work, it is Gacoflex66B polyester reinforcing tape. it is applied with NP1 caulking its a fairly easy opperation. Or if you want it is in Gaco's general instructions GW-1-2 and details GW -5-D2. Also I have the mil thickness for waterproofing it is 120 mil applied in 2 60 mil coats 8 hrs of dry time in between coats (120 mil =3.04mm), at this thickness coverage is 8 gal to 100 sq ft.
