Hey all! This is a silly question, but I'm super picky with our rays as I know a lot of you are, so I figured I won't feel *too* silly asking
I'm in the process of switching out the sand in our quarantine tank; I used playsand which we've had really good luck with in the past, but this stuff is sticking to them like I've never had before...it's insane and driving me crazy! So I'll be switching over to a Caribsea sand I think, but I'm not sure about the colors. I'm trying to get a good feel for them from the pics online, but I can't visualize! I really like light colored sand, but not super white (the color of regular play sand is my fav). Does anyone have torpedo beach or crystal river in their tank that they have a pic of their rays on? Or any of the other colors for that matter? I'm in the process of finishing the setup of their new grow-out ponds too, and since there isn't a viewing panel I'm thinking of doing a light sand for the leos (I don't have them yet, but I want their home ready
and maybe black for the hystrix, so that they really pop when viewed from above. So if you have black sand (even though it's not my fav) I'd love to see a pic of that, too!
I've been searching for good ray pic threads on here, but I just haven't had any luck pulling up anything, even though I know I've come across some before! I'd so love it if you guys wouldn't mind showing off your rays again
