Thanks again guys.

Right, couple more additions! I did think of getting another 5 or so SD's to add to the shool, but my Lfs has had a tank with a few Red Bellied Pacu in for ages now, i'd look at them everytime i'd go in but think it was a stupid idea to get them as they'd out grow my tank eventually........... i remembered today that i'll be upgrading anyway as my TSN and Silver aro will outgrow the tank too, so i bought 2 3" Pacu which like shooling with my SD's. I also bought another 1" Girrafe nosed catfish and a blue betta which have gone in a seperate Aqua Cube for now. The Blue Phantom and Gold Nugget Plecos might get moved into there too to grow a bit if i ever manage to catch them.

Very nice collection , love the Jag & Betta (got a soft spot for the little guy's) .
Thanks very much. It's the first one i've had and just got it to provide a little more movement in the grow out tank for the girrafe but he's kinda growing on me now.

She wasn't amused at the time and still makes me feel bad about it:( bloody women!;)

At least your v8 is in a vehicle and working rather than in parts in the garage and still unsure what it's going into next, i have an idea but will probably involve it having to be supercharged........:naughty:

Why keep the water level so low? Other than that, nice job! Looking forward to the next one!

Thanks all,

The water level is higher now, it was low while i was first setting it up and working on it just incase something catastrophic happened then there'd be less water to get up off the floor. it's up to lid level now.

The Cichlids and the Aro get along fine, it's a suprisingly peaceful tank considering the fish that are in it! There doesn't seem to be any one dominant fish, the GT picks on the Jag, the Jag picks on the RD, and the RD picks on the GT so nobody wins. The Red tailed shark seems to be the most aggresive in there but he just harrasses the dollars and pacu. None of them are silly enough to bother the TSN.
